Refunds will only be processed at the ticket counter. Once the booking is confirmed, no online refunds will be available. A 10% processing fee will be deducted in case of cancellation.
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. A 10% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of departure.
Important: In case of bad weather or any other circumstances where we fail to provide the service, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
