All ticket bookings are subject to availability. You must complete the full payment at the time of booking. For further assistance, visit our ticket counter.

Ticket Validity

Tickets are valid only for the scheduled departure time. You must present your ticket at the time of boarding. Any changes or cancellations are subject to our policies and may incur additional charges.

Luggage Policy

Each passenger is allowed 1 piece of luggage up to 20kg. Any excess weight will be subject to an additional charge. We do not accept hazardous materials as luggage.

Payment Process

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds will only be processed at the ticket counter and are subject to the cancellation policy. No online refunds are available once the booking is confirmed.
